We’re searching for a Digital Project Manager to join a rapidly growing agency in the Bristol area as they scale up their current programs of work, This agency has grown out it’s delivery and technology teams significantly over the last 12 months, and we’ve been lucky enough to support them through this process.

What you’ll be doing

In this role you’ll be expected to deliver on a range of projects in the digital space for some of this agency’s clients. Which projects you work on will be suited to your previous experience. This doesn’t mean you’ll be shoehorned though, if you’re needing a change in the work you’re doing then they will be happy to provide! With this role it is also expected that you will help mentor junior members of the team, but you will not be expected to line manage individuals.

What experience you’ll need

  • You’ll currently be working as a Digital Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
  • You will have experience working on technology focused projects from Web design and build to bespoke software creation.
  • A track record of delivering high-value digital projects into external clients or to internal stakeholders if coming from a client-side background.
  • Experience handling project governance.
  • Strong communication skills with external stakeholders and internal technical or creative teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight delivery deadlines.
  • Experience upskilling and mentoring junior colleagues would be a great addition but isn’t a necessity.

What you’ll get in return

You can expect a salary of up to £60,000 along with a competitive benefits scheme. Holiday allowance begins at 25 days Bank holidays, as well as volunteering days.
