We’re looking for a Content Designer to join the User Centred Design team for a top Bristol financial services client. This role will be remote initially, but Bristol based long term.
What you’ll be doing
As a Content Designer you’ll be part of the centralised User Experience team. Day to day you will plan, write and design content for the brands main customer facing website and across their native app.
You’ll work collaboratively with specialist user researchers, UX designers and a wider development team to ensure content is created with the user in mind and based on real world insight. Working in financial services means understanding complex language, regulations and processes unique to the sector, you’ll have a knack for making the complex simple and for communicating concisely.
The User Centred Design team has grown substantially over the last few years, so you’ll be joining a business that understands the value of customer insight well and encourages research. You’ll work with a diverse team, many from outside of the Financial Services world who have brought unique and valuable insights to the team.
