European Marketing Manager

A hugely successful travel/leisure business in Bristol is on the lookout for a talented Marketing Manager with strong acquisition and retention skills to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a broad role covering online and offline channels, where you’ll oversee the marketing activities for the EMEA region.
What you’ll be doing
Fundamentally, your role within the business will be to increase customers and drive footfall to centres via online (e.g. SEO, PPC, email, social) and offline (e.g. PR, direct mail and advertising) channels. You’ll develop an excellent understanding of the customer journey and sales funnel and be able to introduce new and better ways of acquiring and retaining customers, automating campaigns, and analysing marketing performance. In addition to this, you’ll promote and improve this company’s brand, and work with the US and APAC regional teams. You’ll also have line management responsibility for a team of 8.
If you have extensive experience within B2C marketing, focused on customer acquisition and retention - we want to hear from you. Whilst international experience is not essential, it's a great bonus!
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Significant marketing experience, ideally within B2C.
- Strong understanding across the digital landscape (e.g. SEO, PPC, affiliate, email, content, social media).
- International marketing experience is highly desirable.
- Line management experience.
