B2B Events / Conference Manager
— 12 months FTC

We are on a lookout for a b2b Events / Conference Manager to join a boutique events agency based in central Bristol.
What you’ll be doing
As a successful candidate you’ll take ownership of a flagship conference my Client runs on annual basis attracting over 3000 attendees. It’ll be your job to deal with high-level stakeholders and don’t be afraid to “roll your sleeves up” when needs be. In terms of your day to day responsibilities, you’ll overlook: delegates management, event appearance and branding, budget management, audio-visual, speaker liaison (be a day to day contact for c/ 50 speakers), logistics, venue, sponsors & exhibitors as well as onsite support.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Previous b2b events management experience.
- Exception attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong negotiating skills and time management.
What you’ll get in return for your experience
The salary on offer is £25-30k + benefits.
