A Bristol-based software solutions company are looking to recruit a Front-End Developer to join their team. Using cutting-edge technologies, they provide solutions across web, mobile and security for a varied client base. Balancing profit and purpose is really important to them, and they are currently working towards B Corp Certification to provide them with a framework to measure and benchmark their social and environmental impact.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be working alongside a Front-End team of two others, within a wider development team of twenty. You’ll play a key part in delivering compelling UI experiences for a range of projects, working with your peers to set the best practices for web UI. You’ll typically be part of a team of no more than five (made up of front-end and back-end skill sets) to lead the design and deliver first class web applications using the latest frameworks and tools. They encourage self-managing teams to allow everyone to have the opportunity to take a stake in the final delivery. Throughout a project you’ll also have the opportunity to directly collaborate with the customer to understand their requirements and champion a good UI experience.

If it’s of interest, there is an opportunity to learn or enhance your backend skills in C# and ASP.NET Core too, working on a variety of projects including the company’s internal product suite and bespoke customer web applications.
