What you'll be doing

As Digital Project Manager Financial Service client, you will be spending 50% of your time managing and coordinating continuous software development across existing applications, and the other 50% managing the implementation of a white-labeled eCommerce site.

The nature of the development work is split 70/30 in favour of Front-end as opposed to Back-end so most of your software/digital delivery experience should be aligned like this.

What experience you'll need

  • Digital Project Management experience gained within an agency or client-side as a Project Manager, managing front-end/ UX projects.

  • Worked alongside or in software development teams.

  • You will have a passion for wanting to make positive changes and the ability to deal with issues head-on and efficiently.

  • The organisation has an incredibly high Customer and Employee satisfaction scores, so a Customer /Service-first approach will give you the best chance of being successful here.

  • MS Azure, MS .Net, Umbraco CMS and/or Salesforce.

  • Financial services experience/ managed financial services clients. 

  • eCommerce project experience.

  • Please note that the location of the role is North Bristol, near M32 parking, is on offer and the offices are close to the metro and bus links.

An AI start-up based in Bristol is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join their growing team. They are looking for someone technically strong who can bridge the gap between management and the development team. You will still be hands-on, and you won’t be asked to people manage however you will be on hand to direct the team and offer advice on approaches. You will be working on Greenfield projects across a variety of tech stacks so this would really suit a polyglot developer who is happy working across different technologies. What skills you’ll need Strong communication skills are essential. Experience with Android development. OOP languages C#, Python, C++ etc. Experience juggling multiple projects at one time.   Ability to pick up technologies quickly. Bonus skills  Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
