  A hugely successful financial consultancy in the central Bristol area are on the lookout for a Head of Digital Marketing to join their talented and ambitious team on a permanent basis. We’re on the lookout here for a seasoned digital marketer who possesses an amazing blend of strategic prowess with the ability to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in! This is the perfect opportunity for those digital marketers who want to be very involved but also want to manage the bigger picture and join up all the dots! Working in tandem with the Marketing Director, you’ll help to shape the digital strategy, with a key emphasis on lead generation activities, working very closely with the Business Development team to support new business sales targets! This role needs a strong B2B marketer who understands CRM, paid media and paid social, analytics, automation, and how all these sub-disciplines fit into the wider digital marketing piece.

What you’ll be doing

With a large focus on lead generation campaigns, you’ll have significant experience across various channels from acquisition (paid media, paid social) to content, blogs and thought leadership, as well as eCRM. You’ll be managing a strong team of 4, and will need to be able to demonstrate previous management experience. You’ll also be the right-hand to the Marketing Director and will support in wider strategic activities, as well as supporting the Business Development team. We’re not fussy about what sector you come from, but what we really need here is strong B2B experience (as well as hands-on digital, of course!).

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Significant B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Demonstrable management experience.
  • Tenacious and ambitious personality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent lead generation experience!
