Senior Digital Marketing Manager

I am now supporting a great Client of mine based in central Bristol. The successful candidate will cover a Mat Leave contract, they will be reporting into the Head of Marketing and they will be managing a team of five.
What you’ll be doing
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a fun, innovative and dynamic organisation. This role will have four main areas of focus: paid search campaigns, email marketing/ CRM, strategy and planning, team management. In terms of paid search, you’ll work closely with an agency to plan and execute campaigns across PPC, Programmatic, Display and Paid Social. When it comes to email/ CRM you will work with an email automation tool (Responsys) to define and optimise user journey for both new and existing customers. For both paid and email campaigns you’ll coordinate content production across copy, graphics and video. Together with the Head of Marketing, you’ll work on defining short and long-term strategy as well as monitor budget. Last but definitely not least you’ll manage an established team of five.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Proven, cross-channel, digital marketing experience especially across paid and CRM.
- Team management experience is essential.
- Genuine interest in new technologies and innovations.
