What you’ll be doing 

The successful Lead CRM Analyst will work within the Client Data & Insight team and will use their great experience in the CRM, customer insight and campaign management space to ensure that the most is being made from all the client data existing in the company. This role will be varied and the Lead CRM Analyst will work alongside Data Scientists, Insight Analysts and the Campaign teams supporting them to make the campaigns as personalised as possible.
The Lead CRM Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the business to help make all communications with customers as personalised as possible.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Financial Services experience
  • Minimum of 4-5 years experience working within a data driven marketing function
  • Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud or similar marketing platform
  • Strong experience working with CRM software, ideally more than one
  • Excellent communication skills
