— Newly created role for TechTalent Academy, ADLIB's sister company
- Play a key role in establishing and driving the TTA brand forward.
- A wide-reaching marketing role with autonomy and progression.
At TechTalent Academy, we believe passionately in the power of diversity to improve organisations and individual lives. So we’re creating Academies that help businesses build diverse tech teams – and support women to build rewarding tech careers.
We are driven by purpose. Our vision is to work with 20,000 new tech talent trainees and transform the sector with the diverse teams we build. Together with our partners, we want to remove the barriers for the next generation of technology talent, giving them the all-round support they need to choose tech as their career path.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, Founders and Community Engagement team, you’ll be responsible for the planning and delivery of all marketing activities, to spread the word about TechTalent Academy.
What you'll be doing
Simply put, you’ll play a lead role in solidly establishing the TechTalent Academy brand locally as well as nationally - spreading the word about the fact that we build careers with new tech skills and transform companies with diverse tech talent. Across several different client and candidate audiences, you’ll be tasked with building brand awareness and driving inbound activity.
Our marketing strategy is ready for an experienced Marketing Manager to come in and hit the ground running across several core areas. Primarily, you’ll focus on developing our content marketing programme, coordinating and producing a range of written and visual content assets for the TTA website blog and online presences, distributing content through TTA’s social media channels and networks. This includes social media monitoring, community management and scheduling. Part of the role is also designing digital as well as print collateral for day-to-day client and candidate communications and activities.
This will quickly expand to a range of projects including SEO, PPC, research and trend spotting, surveys, newsletters, managing an events calendar, assisting with event presences, video production and guest blogging.
What experience you'll need to apply
- Previous experience as a Marketing Manager within a marketing agency environment or client side in a B2B oriented industry.
- Imaginative (yet SEO optimized) content writing skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects) skills and a creative eye.
- Video editing skills would be a huge bonus, as video production will become a key aspect of this position.
- Experience managing social media profiles and communities.
- Analytically minded to evaluate what's been and plan ahead.
Beyond that, you like to work collaboratively in an autonomous way, are organized with great attention to detail. You’ll be outgoing, deadline driven and take immense pride in your work.
What you’ll get in return for your talents
Expect a supportive and collaborative environment, a salary between 28K - 30K, 30.5 days holiday (plus bank holidays), incredible offices and a work journey that will take you into an amazing career that challenges traditional thinking.
