We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to join one of the UK’s leading member owned financial services brands. Headquartered in Swindon and with a satellite office in Bristol you’ll be able to spend your time in both studios.
What you’ll be doing
Founded in the 1800’s the brand has a rich history and almost two decades serving its members (which now equate to over 15 million people).
Content design is a hugely important role that’s embedded within the service and experience design function. You’ll join a team home to over 60 service design, content, UI, UX and research specialists - all working to improve user experience across the brands digital channels.
As a Senior Content Designer you’ll be involved with research, analytics, insight and testing. You’ll create content strategies, craft copy and delve into research and testing to ensure what you’re creating is user centred and effective whether for web or mobile.
In this role you’ll find yourself getting to know a diverse group of members; you’ll work to really understand what’s important to them and in turn deliver user centred content that’s thoughtful, engaging and effective.
As part of the UX function you’ll also play a role in promoting good UX practice. You’ll need great communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
