What you’ll be doing

What experience you’ll need  

  • You will have had a taste of recruitment life, with a firm grasp of the recruitment process and tools available. 
  • You will be comfortable speaking with candidates, identifying their skills, experience, motivations and suitability for specific clients and vacancies. 
  • Whilst this role does not include any business development, you will be comfortable speaking directly with clients offering updates on searches and maintaining good account management. 
  • You will be a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and freedom, with a continuous improvement mindset who enjoys learning more about their craft every single day. 
  • You will be a fast learner, eager to learn ADLIB ways of working, new markets, and new successes!
