A pioneering tech company with world-leading haptic and tracking technology is looking for a Machine Learning Ops Engineer to join their team with the option to be 100% remote. The business is backed by huge investment with 180 employees globally; the last year has only accelerated their product roadmap so they’re in an incredibly healthy position to be growing the team further. Their technology is used in a variety of fields including VR/AR, spatial computing, immersive 3D experience, automotive, entertainment, medical/healthcare and more.
What you’ll be doing
The team are looking for someone to join their world-leading tracking division to support their ML research platform. You’ll have involvement in research, software and platform development to produce the next-gen of tracking capability and build new functionality in their MLOps system with a focus on APIs, infrastructure and service development (using Python).
You’ll help to define the architecture for MLOps tooling and automation of their test and deployment processes to ensure seamlessness and constant introduction of modern methodologies. This role involves coding and is a hybrid across software and platform/infrastructure engineering.
What experience you’ll need
- Python development experience. Those who are tech agnostic would also be considered.
- Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, SQS & Autoscaling.
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to write infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Packer etc.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and building CI/CD infrastructure.
