What you’ll be doing
Working across their bespoke platform you will come in take a step back and be responsible for designing, developing and owning the product roadmap and prioritising development efforts to enable the businesses to drive proactive and very targeted growth for their clients. You’ll be translating features and developments in the product roadmap in to details technical specifications and will own the delivery of this through guiding the activity of the development functions. This is an end to end Product Manager role – so you will be doing everything you’d expect from Agile rituals, through to creating user stories and test cases, through to managing and reporting on the backlog and progress against the roadmap with the help of the Senior Product Owner who you’ll be reporting into.
What experience you’ll need
- Ideally you will be early on into your product career – as either a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- If you are not officially in a product role you will need to be in a role where your experience will transfer easily i.e. Account Manager, Project Manager or as a Business Analyst.
- Strong communication skills as this role is client facing and involves a lot of stakeholder management.
- Strong interest/ exposure to strategic product development.
- JIRA experience would be ideal but is not essential.
