We’re looking for a Cloud Software Engineer to join a small dev team, fully remote, and to help build a platform that will revolutionise the Engineering industry. The company has a focus on sustainable housing, so you’ll be joining an ethical, sustainability focused group who care about improving the industry.  

What experience you'll need

  • Well versed with database management systems, Database design, and server-side consumption of data.
  • NodeJS, JavaScript, Typescript.
  • REST/GraphQL technologies or equivalent.
  • Modern Microservices platform architectures.
  • Good Cloud knowledge.

Nice to have experience:

 

  • Azure.
  • Neo4j.
  • Node-RED.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be working on some of the most exciting work in building services design. Through liaising with their engineers and working with a small team of developers, you will play a key role in bringing your own ideas and solutions to the problems faced. You’ll make realistic assessments on lengths of time to complete tasks and set priorities as part of their Agile workflows. You’ll be primarily developing back-end and deployment services for their Graph / React-based Origin platform, working as part of a small agile cross-functional team. You will be supporting the development of application logic and cloud data services on which new interfaces can be built. You will also be pivotal in their drive for test driven development, as well as orchestrating testing and development with the end users.
