A well-known non-for-profit business is looking improve their reporting across their analytics department. Working in a team of ten as a senior member, you’ll have the opportunity to both teach, and learn from others. You’ll be able to utilise your skills and develop new ones, alongside working across a cross fertilised environment.

What you’ll be doing
This role will give you the opportunity to join an established team as a senior member, with the opportunity to progress your career in a supportive environment, alongside assisting others in doing the same. The successful Insight Analyst will work within the Analytics team and will immerse themselves in customer data. You’ll be working in various areas and reporting to senior members, so you’ll need to be keen to develop yourself and confident in front of others.

Your role will involve delivering into data to produce measurable results for various departments; producing regular reports for monitoring purposes (across aspects like customer behaviour, products, campaigns more); and helping teams to answer long term questions and tracking progress.

You’ll be providing analysis and key insights across the business and working with internal and external stakeholders while utilising aspects like MI tools and creating a story with the data so that anyone and everyone can understand.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Experience working in an analysis and reporting role
• Confident experience with SQL
• Experience with reporting tools (i.e., Tableau or PowerBI)
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-starter
• Strong communication skills

A base salary up to £40,000 per annum, plus a great benefits package.
