Senior Digital Art Director

We’re looking for a confident art director to join an award-winning agency. This is a great opportunity for a senior creative who wants to channel their passion for digital into some of the world’s biggest brands and make truly impactful campaigns.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working with experts in their fields to create digital concepts and campaigns which will aim to inspire and engage audiences. You will work with the creative and CX team to drive delivery and goals through your solutions. You will demonstrate an understanding of our clients of brand behaviours as well as identifying opportunities for development.
For this role you will need to have expert communication skills to maintain collaborative working relationships. You will also have a great attention to detail with checking the accuracy to generate high quality work.
Day to day you will be critiquing layouts, evolving style guides, identifying opportunities for effectiveness, creating campaign and conceptual ideas whilst guiding juniors within the creative team.
What experience will you need
- Experience within the industry
- Expert in using adobe CC
- Proficient in After effects and XD would be beneficial but not necessary
- Experience in using CRM channels and the principles behind them
- Knowledge of the current design and communication trends
- Profficient in Microsoft and google equivalent
- Knowledge of project management systems would be beneficial although not necessary
- Previous experience in creating concepts
- Knowledge of how users interact with campaigns through emails, web, push and app using wireframes or low-fi designs
- Expert design skills in layouts, typography
- Experience in creating engaging and responsive designs for various devices
- Experience in supporting professional development of juniors would be beneficial but not necessary
