An opportunity has become available for a Service Desk Manager to join a start-up based in Bristol. Their technology is bringing ease to the hospitality sector and their customers. They have already smashed their targets for this year, have an impressive customer base and are now scaling up for their next period of growth. This role is ideal for someone who looking to make a real impact within a fast-growing start up.
What skills you’ll need
- ITIL Foundation
- Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience setting up customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
- Ideally experience with Zendesk but not essential
What you’ll be doing
You will be the main point of contact for customer support for the suite of products that the business offers. You will be tasked with implementing strategy and design for the service desk team. You will define and develop ITIL aligned processes to manage customer issues. Manage all escalations with customers and the team efficiently. Ensure that high levels of customer support are delivered at all times. Effectively liaise with other teams within the business. Focused on proactively managing customers’ satisfaction to keep customer attrition percentage low and minimising loss. The role is mainly office based although there will be occasional visits to client site at first.
