  • Hands-on technical expertise with a good understanding of software architecture, reliability, performance, scaling and security.
  • Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and an appetite for continuous improvement across the team.
  • Experience with software quality and standards e.g. strategies for QA, test automation, monitoring, metrics.
  • Approachable, effective communicator, and able to build strong working relationships with others.

Bonus points for…

  • .NET and/or app development experience (Windows/iOS.)
  • Knowledge of ISO9001.
  • Familiar with cloud and network services.

They’re offering a salary up to £85k plus discretionary bonus, and you’ll receive life assurance, income protection and private medical insurance. There’s 25 days holiday plus BH’s, flexible hours (between 7am and 7pm) and hybrid working – ideally with 2 days a week to be spent in the office. They offer a £500 budget to each employee, access to an online E-learning platform, external training and webinars and dedicated time to work on areas of personal interest to support continual learning and development. There are also regular social events including an annual family away day – this year they’ve hired a mansion in the Brecon Beacons!
