C# Developer

A software company producing flagship products for all kinds of customers/businesses with construction, engineering, automotive and many more are growing their development team out with an additional one or two C# developers. What you’ll need

Essential:

  • Some C# skills, ideally you will have worked with it for a year or more.
  • Experience with SQL Server.
  • Flexibility with languages.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • You will understand the importance of clean code.

Advantageous

  • WPF experience.
  • Xamarin (you will get to learn this).
  • REST/SOAP.
  • SQLLite
  • Agile experience.
  • Jira
  • Desktop and Web experience.

What you’ll be doing

You will be joining a team of 6 developers (including the Tech Director) with the purpose of creating and maintaining new features to their existing Windows, mobile and web product suit. Most of your work will be done coding in C# with SQL, you will be using WPF for rendering UI’s and REST for architecture. As the company are looking to cross platforms across Android and iOS they are introducing Xamarin which means along with other languages and tools you will have time dedicated to learning this. The team are agile so you will need to work to deadlines and be adaptable to the work load.
