We are on the lookout for a Creative Designer to join a multidisciplinary agency in Bristol. Theyre looking for a Creative Designer to come on board to help them deliver cross channel campaigns across a variety of formats. Theres an existing team of talented creatives who are there to make you feel right at home.

What youll be doing

Youll be brainstorming, generating ideas and developing campaign concepts as part of the collaborative conceptual process. Once the message is defined, youll take your ideas through to polished designs thatll then be rolled out across multiple formats. The work could be digital (websites, microsites, digital campaigns), print (signage, brochures, events) and even video. Youll be working with big name clients so theres a real opportunity to hone your pitching skills and nurture existing client relationships with some huge brands.

What experience youll need to apply

  • A  conceptual, strategic and research led approach to design.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing your work across multiple platforms.
  • Articulate and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure as youll be delivering on multiple projects.
  • Be proficient with Adobe software (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience within an agency environment.

There will be a lot of crossover with other departments within the business so youll need to be articulate, professional and able to hold your own in front of senior stakeholders (including the owners), punctual and no stranger to juggling multiple briefs. What experience youll need to apply Experience in designing/developing high-end luxury brands. A portfolio of integrated design projects (print, packaging, digital). Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign). Meticulous attention to detail. Ambitious with a love for all things design. Exceptional communication skills.
