What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working in dedicated technology and development recruitment team. A team trusted by fast growing business, global giants and digital agencies to operate on an exclusive basis to track down the development expertise that keeps that businesses and products moving in line with their growth plans.
Any decent Recruiter in this space will know that candidates are in demand – therefore the ability to identify, attract and build long term, trusted and meaningful relationships are as essential as the ability to create new client opportunities.
If you’re honest, ethical, ambitious, committed and in it for the long term, you’ll be a joining a team of 20 like-minded people who work as a team and play as a team.
You’ll be supported by an industry experienced management team, an immensely talented marketing manager who’ll be there to support you day in, day out in building profile and a clear roadmap for success from the outset. You’ll also have more case studies than you could ever wish for, an autonomous and supportive team orientated culture and industry partners the competition would love to get their hands on.
What experience you’ll need
A successful track record in recruitment goes without saying. We want to hear from recruiters, recruitment consultants, call them what you like, who share our behaviours and bring a genuine interest for the digital and technology sectors.
You’ll have impeccable communication skills, attention to detail, enjoy winning business and creating opportunities for the short and long term.
You’ll also enjoy ditching the suit, shedding the KPIs and working for a company where you can take the role wherever you want to.
