- Join brand new team to work on new exciting React Native project.
- High profile client base to work with.
- Fun, creative culture, new and emerging tech, flexible and remote working.
An outstanding web development specialist in central Bristol is looking for an ambitious React/React Native Developer to develop applications across web and mobile (Android & iOS) for their high profile clients. Joining a brand new team you’ll help drive the rebuild of an app for one of their longest standing clients. Initially you’ll be working on a fully remote basis with the view to maintain a mix of remote and on-site working once restrictions lift.
What skills you’ll need
- Experience with React and related workflows (Flux, Redux).
- Knowledge of building apps across Android/iOS and cloud-native development (React Native).
- Understanding of integrating RESTful API’s, AWS API’s and 3rd party libraries.
- Ideally you’ll have examples of apps released on the App Store/Play Store.
What you’ll be doing
As a Developer you will play a key role in the rebuild of an app across iOS, Android and Web for one of the business’ longest standing and highly valued clients. You will be the 5th member of a team dedicated to taking the app from concept through to delivery, working closely with the Project Manager, Designer, QA as well a client-side team to bring this project to life. Working with React Native you will be encouraged to bring new technical ideas and creativity to the table, they’re a fun and talented bunch who collaborate well and who have a real passion for development – if you love to work on your own side projects you’ll fit in well here. Occasionally you will be involved in the consulting period with clients so an ability to explain tech to non-tech will serve you well.
What you’ll get in return
You’ll receive a salary paying between £35-50K, 25 days annual leave with extra paid time off over Christmas, full remote working initially with plenty of flexibility once restrictions lift, awesome company culture with monthly socials. There’s a dedicated conference budget and you’ll have lots of R&D time and opportunities to work on your own projects, as well a company pension, cycle to work scheme and much more.
If this sounds like a great opportunity, send your CV to Ellen now!
