Product Owner role for an independent sustainability company that are growing from strength to strength. They’re clear market leaders in their space and have ambitious growth plans – this is where you come in to drive the newest product forward as they launch out their brand new telecomms product. 

What you’ll be doing

This is an end-to-end product management role with a healthy blend of product strategy/ discovery work as well as Agile delivery work getting your product out of the door. From day to day, then your activities will be varied – from owning and managing the product roadmap to spotting opportunities to improve the functionality and drive growth, from prioritising features or software updates to acting as the glue between the internal business functions required to successful ship software updates frequently. 

What experience you’ll need

  • Experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager, developing and iterating products in complex software environments.

  • You will be technically minded and will have a decent understanding of the technologies and infrastructure involved.

  • Experience managing telecomms (telecom, telecommunications, telecomm, telco) products is essential here. 

  • Owning product vision, manage the prioritisation of work and roadmap. 

  • Product management throughout the full lifecycle, including product development on brand new products and taking them to the market. 

  • Sector experience working for a green business or on sustainability projects would be the dream. 

  • Broadband experience is highly advantageous here.

  • Comfortable working in and leading cross-functional teams i.e. development and UX.

  • Strong communication skills, ability to manage stakeholders at all levels both office-based and remotely.
