We’re working with a forward-thinking Financial Services client to appoint a Junior Business Analyst into the Change and Transformation team to work on a variety of exciting IT change projects.
What you’ll be doing
As part of a collaborative, friendly and talented Change team you will be working on both internal and external business and IT change projects where no two days are the same. Your role will play an important role in the overall delivery of projects and continuous improvement of processes with a real focus on IT systems and architecture and data-led projects.
The business is growing and there’s never been a better time to join as they’re undergoing a large transformation project, involving data warehouse, onboarding a new supplier for all of the IT infrastructure, building a new data model, source data processes and reporting. Your role will have interaction with this large scale project whilst also being able to take the lead and be hands on with smaller, new change projects such as a new telephony system.

What experience you’ll need
- Previous experience as a Business, Data, Insight, Change Analyst for example within a commercial environment.
- Experience of IT/Technical or change and transformation projects desirable.
- An understanding of Agile ways of working.
- Ability to build solutions to meet business needs and processes.
- Ability to gather requirements, document and manage testing.
- Bright, enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop.
- Experience of a process improvement environment.
- Solutions orientated approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and work with cross-functional teams.
- Financial Services experience would be desirable, but not a deal breaker.
