Test Automation Specialist

One of Bristol’s most established and ambitious digital software houses are looking for a Test Automation Specialist to join their fast growing and friendly team. With a growing presence in the Charity sector, you’ll join a talented team motivated to making a difference in the not-for-profit space.

What skills you'll need

  • Practical automation testing experience.
  • Knowledge of automated tools such as Selenium.
  • Dev experience using C# .Net would be desired.
  • Experience Agile software delivery.

Nice to have


  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
  • Experience with EasyRepro or similar
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365

What you'll be doing

As part of their growing QA team, you will be working with your QA colleagues to improve processes and support the implementation of testing automation. You’ll be on a project team, working with in-house developers, project manager, and wider sprint team, you will be responsible for providing test and support resource. Testing bespoke software solutions, which (depending on the project) can cover a mixture of websites, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, or apps. You will interact with the client throughout the project: for example, over the phone, when they visit Bristol for sprint planning and when you visit them on-site for UAT run through. Throughout you will be taking ownership of the quality of the delivery to their clients.
