— Digital Transformation

Salary: Up to £35k
Location: Bristol
Type: Permanent
Ref: 6995

We’re looking for a UX Experience Consultant to a market leading business in their Bristol offices. As a business going through an exciting digital transformation period they are looking for a detail orientated individual to join their growing UX team to get a deep understanding of their users and make improvements to their various digital touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining the existing UX team that sits amongst a much larger digital division for the business. This role will be working alongside other hands on UXer’s, developers and reporting in to the UX manager. You’ll be helping define the customer experience and working with the rest of the team to deliver an improved user journey across their various digital touch points. As a growing business they’ve invested heavily in UX and digital transformation as a whole, so there is a great opportunity here to be part of something big. You’ll be conducting user research, providing wireframes, prototyping and providing suggestions to improve the online customer experience. As the company is going through this exciting digital shift you’ll be working closely with various other internal teams, managing multiple digital projects at quick pace, so it goes without saying no two days will be the same.

What experience you’ll need

As you’ll be joining a growing UX team you’ll need to have gained some valuable experience within a similar role dealing with online customer journeys. It’s likely you’ll be coming from an in-house environment embedded within a digital marketing team. In regards to design you’ll need to show evidence of wireframes and prototypes from previous projects and have some proficiency when using the current tools of the trade (Axure, Visio etc).

What you’ll get in return for your talents

In return for your talents you will be joining a well-established, high visibility brand in a market leading digital team. Although part of a wider and more corporate environment the digital team is carving its own path in terms of culture.
