We’re looking for a Midweight Experience Designer to join a technology brand in Wiltshire. The role is likely to be around 3 days in the office (Bristol, Wiltshire or London) and the rest from home, though there’s potential for more flexibility case by case.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining the Digital Experience team of a top global technology brand. In this role you’ll be working across the full spectrum of their digital ecosystem on high profile, global projects. All alongside a team of fellow experience specialists as well as a wider project, product, and development function.

The team are well renowned for their engineering capabilities and digital has been a high growth area for them over the last few years. You’ll be stepping into a team that has grown to include research as a distinct specialism so your work will involve collaborating with research experts to access insight both qualitative and quantitative.

At mid-level you’ll maintain a blended role that involves UX and UI outputs. You’ll be supported with research findings from the wider team that inform your concepts, wireframes and prototypes. You’ll then take projects through to high fidelity finished visuals. Your work will see you support the areas of new product development, digital campaign and other key projects.

Working as part of a sizeable design team you’ll have the support of seniors and experienced managers across the business to work with on projects and support your development.

What experience you’ll need

  • Previous experience in a design role that involves UX and UI design outputs.
  • A portfolio showcasing your digital expertise with evidence of UI design and a user centred process to projects.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards and user flows.
  • Experience of working to an Agile / Scrum delivery process.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Experience with modern design tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin and Adobe CC.
  • Able to work from offices in Bristol, Wiltshire or London (either full time or part time if required), roughly 3 days a week but some flex may be possible.

    2x Creative Service Manager opportunities to join a fast-growing organisation. Work within a large internal agency. Competitive salary based on experience plus benefits including a company bonus. This is a significant opportunity for two Creative Service Managers to join a highly regarded global brand in a pivotal role managing their sizeable internal agency. What you’ll be doing? You will play a significant role within this multi-disciplined internal agency where you will manage the studio and ensure projects run smoothly, are well resourced and ultimately delivered on time and budget. The team will be made up of project managers, creatives, developers and UX and the work will be extremely varied from advertising campaigns, brand launches (into international markets), marketing campaigns, digital advertising, video and film production and website updates/launches. You will engage efficiently with stakeholders at all levels in the business to get buy-in, bringing positive change to the agency team. You will assess the current output and resource, covering all aspects predominantly across workflow management, processes, talent, and tools. Through your findings you will drive creative services forward. What experience you’ll need Proven experience in a similar Creative Services Manager, Resource Manager, Traffic Manager or Project Manager role. Experience of managing large creative services teams/ departments. Ideally you will come from a marketing, creative or integrated agency background. Experience of working at pace in a changing environment with autonomy, working in a dynamic and multi-disciplined team. If you’re within a sizeable internal agency within a large brand then we’d also love to hear from you. You will bring a good understanding of production for a wide range of assets (copy, print artwork, TV, film, imagery, digital display advertising and digital development).
