We are looking for a CRM Assistant to join a multi-award-winning financial services company based in Cardiff. As CRM Assistant, you will join a dynamic team at an exciting time of growth and will support CRM activity, ultimately improving the customer journey. If you have CRM experience or experience in a general Marketing position with some exposure to CRM and love the sound of this opportunity, we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing projects and schedules, updating project status regularly
• Collaborate with team to complete campaign briefs within deadlines
• Implement digital asset management processes
• Support the team in developing email content, build and broadcasting
• Gain experience in how to optimise campaigns
• Work with external suppliers, ensuring assets are provided projects are delivered on time
• Monitor campaigns and update reports

Experience you’ll need to apply

• 1-2 years in an in house or agency side marketing role
• Experience broadcasting emails or delivering marketing campaigns
• Analytically minded and able to interpret data
• Understanding of customers and how to implement changes to improve the customer journey
• Knowledge of financial services is a bonus!
