A Cardiff based company, is looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to work on a busy helpdesk. This role would suit a 2nd Line Support Analyst, that has commercial experience with: Windows, Cisco & Unified Comms.
What you'll be doing
Supporting a large user base accross desktop, networks and telecoms (VOIP).
Working in a Windows Environment, responding to tickets/issues that have been raised and resolving wherever possible.
What experience you'll need to apply for this role
- 2nd Line Support.
- Windows Desktop (Advanced).
- Cisco (Advanced).
- Telecoms/VOIP (Intermediate).
- Unified Comms (Desirable).
What you'll get in return for your experience
The client is offering an hourly rate of £15 p/hour - However, all quotes from suitable candidates will be considered.
