What you’ll be doing
My client who is a highly regarded property business and market leading in their field is looking to recruit an Agile Business Analyst to join a dedicated project team currently responsible for the design and development of a state of the art B2B platform.
Working alongside a Senior BA and within a cross functional team that includes, Product Owners, PM’s, UX/UI Designers and Developers you will own the back-log and have excellent stakeholder management skills to enable you to gather requirements and translate into features and user stories.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with demonstrable experience working on software development projects, looking to further their career in a slick Agile environment.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Prior experience working on Agile software development projects in a cross-functional team.
- Ability to elicit complex technical detail from stakeholders and translate into features and user stories.
- Ability to document complex processes and concepts and communicate ideas effectively with a close attention to detail.
- Experience owning product backlogs and roadmaps and collaborating with PO’s and Scrum Masters.
- Understanding of computational logic, data structures and system architecture.
- Experience working closely with QAs, reviewing test scripts and automating testing flows.
- Skilled at writing user stories to create well-structured Epics and acceptance criteria in Gherkin syntax.
