What you'll be doing
You'll be working in an environment with a clear and open feedback loop between users and the development teams, and using this feedback to innovate and develop digital products and experiences in line with the digital strategy and business objectives. Working closely with a strong team of product designers, you'll be keeping them in line with product objectives with a major focus on ease-of-use and UX. You'll occasionally be needed to present to senior business stakeholders to show performance of digital products and propositions against their targets.

You can expect a salary up to £70,000 along with a great range of extra benefits. There is also a holiday allowance of 25 days Bank holidays.

Product Owner - Apps

What you'll be doing
You'll be working in an environment with a clear and open feedback loop between users and the development teams, and using this feedback to innovate and develop digital products and experiences in line with the digital strategy and business objectives. What experience you'll need
- Demonstratable experience innovating and building digital products (ideally including mobile apps) within an agile delivery framework, and creating product roadmaps in line with these frameworks.
- Demonstratable experience working within an open feedback environment to implement customer recomendations into products.
- Experience taking data and turning it into actionable insights to improve decision making in the product innovation and development process.
- Experience working with wholly in-house development and design teams.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of a business, from group office through to junior developers.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with positive thinking and problem-solving at the core of your focus.
