This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Head of Design & UX to join a rapidly growing digital agency within the online gaming space. With modern (seriously impressive) offices, working environment in a league of its own and central London location, this is an opportunity for an ambitious Head of Design/UX to really sink their teeth into, grow a team around you and spearhead the direction of a host of interesting projects.
What you’ll be doing
What won’t you be doing! In the first instance, you’ll be joining a rapidly growing team made up of UI Designers, UX’ers, analytics & product specialists - You’ll help build, lead and nurture upcoming talent within the agency, all with a forward-thinking approach.
It goes without saying, with a role at this level you’ll be well in-tune with modern UX and have your finger on the pulse with current design trends, especially in the UI space. Using your expertise, you’ll put forward, develop and roll-out new innovative, content-led products for the online gaming sector. Leading by example, you’ll be no stranger to getting the very best creative solutions out of your team, ensuring clients have slick, aesthetically pleasing products ahead of competitors.
The agency work in cross-functional agile squads, pulling on a host of specialist skill-sets within teams, so there is no doubt collaboration is encouraged at all times. You’ll need to be meticulous and data-driven with UX processes, having already gained solid experience in research, wireframing, prototyping and testing – with an exceptional understanding of all things digital across a multitude of touchpoints. Although you won’t always be 100% hands-on, you’ll still be eager to step in and embed yourself with day to day design challenges when needed.
