A team of Web Developers, Infrastructure Engineers and DevOps Engineers - All of whom are responsible for over 100 projects in the worlds’ most competitive online industry.
What skills you’ll need
- Proven leadership of a high-volume delivery, multi-disciplined technology team. Driving team growth, processes improvement and understanding of the OKR success framework.
- Historical capability of optimizing processes and driving performance optimisation. Improving speed and quality of delivery.
- Understanding of the DevOps culture, knowledge of virtual machines and their alternatives. Such as; containerization and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience managing a team responsible for multiple projects, while still remaining very hands-on, when needed.
- Understanding on the IGaming / Online Gambling industry market space.

This is a forward -thinking business with a global reach, who are market-leading in their field. What you’ll be doing Reporting into the Lead iOS Developer and acting as a mentor to the rest of the team you will take ownership in maintaining and developing a bespoke, elegant, and highly scalable iOS app. This is a fast-paced environment with ‘daily drops’ to the website so a close eye for detail and pride in writing clean and efficient code is required. The app is written in Swift so solid experience of this is essential as well as a keen focus on UX. The team work in a squad-based architecture so you will be working with other experts on a range of exciting projects including a re-platforming from Swift to SwiftUI. What experience you’ll need to apply Minimum 3 years of commercial iOS development experience. Solid experience with Swift and iOS frameworks. Good understanding of GIT, JIRA. Experience with MVVM or MVVM-C Software Architectures. Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON. Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
