Here is a great opportunity to join a National brand out of their offices in Launceston, Cornwall as their new Marketing Communications Manager.  Joining the Communications & Engagement team you will work across local and national recruitment campaigns, connecting talented professionals with the growing network of stores across the UK&I. 

What you'll be doing

Joining a team of 4 you will support a large network of stores across the UK&I with attracting talent and professionals to work within them.  This will be a broad and campaign led role where you will use your creativity and strong content skills to create multichannel recruitment campaigns. 

Researching and creating engaging copy is going to be a key requirement within this role and you will disseminate this across a number of channels including the website, social channels, email and creating printed materials for use in the press and in store.

This is a broad role, and along with running the recruitment campaigns you will also attend events and exhibitions, manage the CRM and automation tools, use tracking and analysis tools to monitor the success of campaigns, and even create the occasional PowerPoint slides and Excel documents. 

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Excellent creative copywriting skills
  • Good understanding of communication channels, especially across digital
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Previous campaign management experience is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be beneficial but can be trained
  • Ideally holding a relevant degree or professional qualification
