An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Content Producer to join a successful and dynamic company in Swindon in the not for profit sector. Working across web copy, video content and you will be an integral part of the team.

What you’ll be doing

Simply put, you'll be producing engaging content far and wide - on a global scale across web content, social channels, brochures, video and broader brand channels. You'll be producing a mix of projects from news stories, video scripts, case studies, web content, slides and more.  You will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce content on time and budget. You will manage workflow management, scheduling, maintaining deadlines and publishing. 

A key part of this role will be to review and improve current production processes company wide. You will ensure that everything is streamlined and everyone is following the same processes, engaging the wider business ensuring that you are supporting the wider marketing and tech departments. 

What experience you’ll need

  • Strong project management experience gained in a previous role as a Producer, Content Producer or simply a Digital Project Manager that has delivered content-led projects.

  • You keep a cool head under pressure and spin many plates simultaneously.

  • Solutions orientated approach. 

  • Strong communication skills, internally with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder management. 

  • It goes without saying that you'll be self-motivated as well as proactive with the ambition to grow the role.

  • You’ll also be a confident team player with excellent organisational skills with sound attention to detail.

What you’ll be doing Working alongside a team of skilled engineers you’ll contribute to a range of new and existing projects from applications used in planetary exploration, navigation software used by the RNLI & naval fleets, or newsroom & media management systems to name a few. Working on all aspects of the software development life cycle you’ll have access to high-end software tools and modern programming practises in order to successfully implement new software components in line with client requirements. Though you will be predominantly based out of their Chippenham offices you will have the opportunity to occasionally travel to client site to provide your technical expertise and see the real world application of your work.
