— Growing sustainable business
- A brand new role to make your own.
- Take ownership of defining a brand digitally.
- Join a fantastic ethical business at an exciting time of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sustainable business with a great culture and you'll have the chance to really make the role your own.
What you'll be doing
This is a new role working closely with the Head of Brand and digital team to ‘join-the-dots’ and help execute design across their digital channels. You’ll bring the brand to life by defining clear style guidelines for the brand to be used across various channels such as web, email and social.
You’ll be working closely with the team to project the brand's identity online via their in-house eCommerce platform, designing inspiring visual content with a user centred approach at all times. You'll also be thinking up and producing digital assets for emails and social media campaigns to engage with their growing customer base.
You’ll collaborate seasonally with the Head of Brand to produce product imagery for the website; therefore you could be turning your hand to the Art Direction of photoshoots and retouching imagery.
The studio is a real collaborative environment, so this is a real hands-on role that will mean you’ll be involved in the end-to-end process digitally from concept to execution. That said, you’ll be comfortable guiding more junior members of the team on projects as an inspiring leader.
Due to the digital lean on projects, perhaps you’ve some HTML skills, or you may have worked in a collaborative environment with developers in the past, but it goes without saying you have an understanding of how your designs will translate digitally.
What experience you'll need to apply
• At least a couple of years’ experience in a design studio.
• A portfolio full of digital designs, particularly responsive web.
• An expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator).
• Ideally some knowledge of Wordpress.
• An interest in retail and/or eComm.
What you'll get in return for your experience
A competitive salary, collaboration mixed with leadership in a small business environment, and the opportunity to make a role your own.
Please apply with an updated CV and portfolio to be considered.
