I am delighted to be supporting a lovely Client of ours with recruitment of a Senior Marketing Executive. This role will be an ideal match for someone who is already on a Senior Marketing Exec/ Officer/ Coordinator level and wants to further their career within this successful company. 

What you’ll be doing

As a brand advocate for the business, you’ll be responsible for the brand marketing for this successful family-run B2B company. You’ll be working alongside the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to deliver key campaigns and initiatives in-line with the marketing strategy, including campaign activity, events, business communications and PR & service messaging. A keen eye for detail and an analytical approach to data, you’ll be a great planner and enthusiastic team player. Bringing fresh ideas and a proven track record of successful brand marketing and positioning, you’ll be fully supported by this fast-paced, high-performing team. The successful candidate will report into the Marketing Manager and will line manage a Marketing Executive. This role will sit within the marketing team and the successful postholder will work closely with the digital and customer-facing teams. 

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with around 5 years of marketing experience.
  • Cross channel marketing experience including campaign management, digital and events.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organisation skills.
  • Outstanding communications and analytical skills.

There are three main components to this role, the first one is to assist with data and insight side of things in collaboration with a specialist agency. This bit will incorporate looking at market, consumer, competitor and category insight such as current eating out trends. The postholder will be responsible for illustrating the insight in a friendly format such as Power Point and sharing with other stakeholders.
