Here is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join a fast growing and successful company in central Bournemouth. Working across multiple brands and numerous locations, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving an overlying central CRM platform, and deliver a strategy that focuses on increasing lead generation, retention and brand awareness. There will be occasional travel to London and some regional meetings.
What you'll be doing
Following the roll out of the new CRM platform you will work with the Group Marketing Director to develop and deliver the CRM strategy. There is an external agency who takes on the automated email communications and you will manage this ongoing relationship, and ensure these communications are delivered at the agreed points in the customer journey.
You'll create, test and send manual communications through the system, and set up an email programme that will nurture customers throughout the journey. Working across multiple brands you will work to develop a Single Customer View, get in to the analytics and data to provide insight around the customer base, and optimise the campaigns accordingly.
During Phase 1 the focus will be on email communications, and as Phase 2 is rolled out this will push on to SMS, DM, and any other communication channels that are deemed appropriate and effective. You will develop further customer segmentation and insight as the customer data pool develops, and you will work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure the CRM programme is integrated in to all campaigns and activity.
What experience you'll need to apply
- Significant background managing CRM systems
- Proven experience implementing and improving successful email campaigns
- Knowledge of segmentation and insight would be advantageous
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Project management and delivery skills are vital
- Proactive, confident and ambitious
