We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join a multi-brand group within the property sector and play a key role within the central marketing team, supporting the execution of the digital plan to aid long-term growth for several brands by optimising both consumer and prospect data. As CRM Manager, you should have a sound understanding of all CRM verticals such as the development and implementation of results-driven communication and marketing automation to foster and convert leads. You will be joining an ambitious and outgoing team and will work in an agile environment with lots of opportunities for career development within the role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Increase conversion rates by working closely with the SEO and Content Manager, creating campaign calendars for engaging and targeted communications across email and SMS channels
  • Develop specific customer segmentation groups for targeted campaigns with close consideration to data
  • Ensure integrated approach for eCRM plans across both central and local branches
  • Get creative with email design and optimisation
  • Manage A/B testing plan
  • Develop email and data filters for campaigns across the eCRM marketing platform
  • Develop and manage automated marketing communications to generate value through cross-selling of brands and offerings. Manage eCRM platform on a day-to-day basis and report on campaign and database performance and insights to explore opportunities for improvements

Experience you’ll need

  • Experienced in similar CRM position, developing and managing eCRM marketing campaigns
  • Background in developing marketing automation plans, specifically for SMS and email channels
  • Proven ability to optimise eCRM campaigns through testing and improvement of campaigns
  • Good understanding of data integrations and structures, and how these support activity
  • Experienced in managing external agencies, monitoring campaign performance and increasing results
  • Enthused & analytically minded with great communication skills
