This FS client has recently restructured it's marketing function and requires a Market Effectiveness Manager to deliver, monitor and enhance campaigns.

What you'll be doing

As the Marketing Effectiveness Manager, you will deliver insight and report on activities to support various campaigns. You’ll work with data and transform it into meaningful insight, collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensure marketing campaign activity is robust and data-led.

There will be some line-management responsibilities for 1 person in the team so this is a great opportunity for someone ready to step-up while remaining hands-on with analysis and reporting. 

What’ll you need to apply

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Marketing/Campaign position
  • SQL 
  • Google Analytics
  • Stakeholder engagement and working in cross-functional teams 
  • Ability to transform data into meaningful insight for non-technical stakeholders

What you’ll get in return for your skills

A great salary of up to £50k plus bonus and benefits. The expectation is 2 days p/week in the Bournemouth office post-covid measures.
