What you'll be doing
Whilst managing a small team, you will be the customer champion. It will be your focus to really get to know your customers, and use your insights to support business decisions in marketing. You'll be creative in thinking of ways to get to know customers, from focus groups to surveys, and anything in between. You are likely to have been a market researcher in the past, with a great knack for asking the right questions and an eye for the finer details. You will be comfortable in producing reports and presenting information to stakeholders.
