We’re looking for a Marketing Executive or Marketing Coordinator to join a best-in-class early years education franchise business based in West Sussex. They have a small internal marketing team that is growing. They're going through a rebrand, total website overhaul and lots of other exciting changes under the strategic direction of their recently appointed Marketing Director. It's an incredible career opportunity and a chance for a Marketing Coordinator or Executive to come in and get stuck in, and hone their craft as they support the team across a range of B2C marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

What you’ll be doing
  • Already recognised for providing the highest standards within early years education and performing very well from a commercial perspective, there is a huge amount of potential here. The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator role is to support an Experienced Marketing Executive and the Marketing Director to deliver targeted marketing campaigns, online and offline, at a national and local level.
  • This will include working with an internal Designer and external Marketing Agency to create marketing collateral, set up and deliver campaigns, and help analyse campaign effectiveness.
  • You'll have lots of training and support in this role, and your role will quickly develop as you take on more and more projects of your own. This is the perfect opportunity for somebody with some proper marketing work experience who's looking to take their career to the next level.
What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Marketing of Business related qualification would be desirable but isn't essential.
  • Proven evidence of Social Media knowledge (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) would be advantageous.
  • Must have some tangible Marketing work experience.
  • An interest in early years education and marketing to families is essential - relevant experience in this area would be even better!
  • Good theoretical understanding of online and offline marketing channels (email, social, content, events, print collateral etc)
  • Confident communicator, very well organised and good at building relationships internally and externally.
