Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic warehouse/assembly technician supervisor to join a growing hardware team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company, that can provide full training and develop your career in house. This role will really suit candidates with CCTV or small to medium electronic test experience, but this is not essential
What you will need:
- Looking to progress into a management role with 4 direct reports
- Experience of technical set ups and configuration of electrical/electronic equipment
- Strong IT, administrative and organisational skills
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
What you will be doing:
After receiving full product training, you will set up and configure equipment for the service team and provide bench testing support on projects. You will lead a small team and receive training from the current Warehouse Manager who is backfilling their role. You will also be responsible for collecting orders from the warehouse and tracking the progress with scanners/order management systems. You will also be involved in testing returned products to establish technical problems and work with engineers to overcome these issues.
