Senior UX Researcher

After leading the way with a successful digital transformation project, my client are now proud to call themselves a 100% digital business. They are growing their UX offering across the business, with exciting plans on the horizon; they are now seeking a Senior UX Researcher to take the reins of their most successful products/platform(s).

What you’ll be doing

The business has led the way in digital transformation over the last couple of years, with substantial investment across UX & product. Joining a successful UX team of 15, made up of Designers, Researchers & Strategy specialists, you’ll be responsible for leading the research cycle from the discovery phase through to analysis.

In your day to day, you’ll be sourcing participants for workshops, nurturing relationships with users & conducting user testing to ensure consistency across a host of digital channels. Being a senior role, you’ll play a significant part in UX strategy, team development and streamlining the UX research process across multiple teams.

Character fit is just as important here, you’ll have a strong, ambitious work ethic, where you’ll be just as comfortable working autonomously as well as being a natural leader who can inspire & get the most out of your team of specialists.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Have previously put processes in place for research and testing.
  • Proven experience with guerrilla testing & ethnographic research.
  • Be passionate and share your experiences with the rest of the team.
  • Management of research requirements.
  • Leadership/mentoring experience.
  • Ideally, have experience working on digital products/platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong project management ability as you’ll be overseeing multiple projects.
