An award-winning Financial Services company is expanding their successful Marketing team In line with their ambitious growth plans. This is a pivotal new role for them, and they are seeking a commercial, customer-centric Digital Conversion Manager to create and deliver CRO improvements across the business.  

What you’ll be doing 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Conversion Manager will work as part of the Marketing team and will be dedicated to ensuring the success of the digital sales funnel. 

Working in conjunction with the Digital Marketing, Brand, Partners, and Engagement teams, you will execute a site optimisation strategy across all devices to drive conversions, looking at all touchpoints across the customer journey. This will involve leading the A/B testing & personalisation plans and establishing ways to improve conversions across specific customer segments. 

A key part of your strategy will be to use data and analysis to ensure the plan adopts relevant insights to prioritise daily, weekly & monthly tasks, as well as reporting on conversion performance. 

This is a hands-on role; you’ll work together with a Digital Executive (your line report) to enhance the CMS capability, build and develop landing pages, CMS templates, test hypotheses, specify changes to the main website and contribute to lead generation through improved conversion rates. 

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Relevant experience working in a CRO focused role. 
  • Be highly digitally literate, with an interest in user experience. 
  • Be skilled in the use of digital analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, core metrics or similar.
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
  • Have a keen interest in digital marketing and emerging technologies.
