A global advertising agency with a strong heritage is looking for an exceptional Digital Media Manager to join them. This is a really varied role, so you’ll have involvement in account management, planning & strategy and campaign delivery & analysis.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Digital Media Manager, you will be a central member of the digital media team and a key day to day contact for key nominated accounts within the business. You will also be a key support to the Digital Director, working on client strategy, team development and agency proposition development. You’ll drive best practice for clients and across the team to ensure best in class campaign execution delivering ROI.
You will be an established and proven expert in display advertising, specifically performance campaigns. Some knowledge and understanding of the wider set of performance channels would be beneficial. Experience across the campaign cycle from planning and buying, through to campaign set up, trafficking, reporting and campaign analysis is a must.
You should develop a productive relationship with your client contacts, collaborate effectively within your team and build and maintain solid relationships both internally and externally to deliver successful outcomes for clients and the agency alike.
You will keep client campaigns running smoothly through effective management of junior team members, ongoing reporting and optimisations, pre-empting and managing client requirements, and ultimately delivering successful campaigns and projects for clients. You will maintain profitable service for your client group and ‘go the extra mile’ in representing the agency.
Finally, you will be responsible for the management of junior team members, helping them manage their workload effectively and ensuring that they are developing effectively in line with the needs of clients, the team and the wider agency.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Proven expert in display advertising, specifically performance campaigns.
- Experience with programmatic advertising.
- PR-focussed approach, with experience of direct response marketing.
- Highly-analytical, with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to create strategy and be hands-on.
- Experience guiding junior members of a team.
