A big eCommerce player in the South-West are looking to add a Digital Project Executive to their established team of 4. What you’ll be doing
This role is with one of the most cutting-edge departments in the team with the headcount already doubling in the past 3 years. Reporting into the Head of Digital, the this position is primarily responsible for fully optimising the online customer journey to help improve their rate of conversion, and also drive an overall positive experience across all touchpoints to drive retention. To achieve this you’ll be working across several areas, including the use of analytical tools to highlight areas for improvement, managing a third-party development agency to deliver change and oversee weekly and monthly KPI’s as an additional indicator to site performance.
You’ll delve into other areas to make the customer journey as straightforward as possible, such as A/B testing, identifying anomalies and looking at new technology to recommend to the team.
What experience you’ll need
We’re looking for someone who has cut their teeth in digital projects either at an agency or client side. With advanced excel skills and a great eye for detail, you’ll be comfortable analysing where opportunities for improvement exist and managing an agency to deliver these adjustments. So technical knowledge will help but this is more about understanding the terminology rather than being a techie yourself.
