I’m looking for a Client Partner / Client Director to lead a client services team within one of the South West's leading CRM/DM agencies for a maternity cover contract (between 6-12 months). You’ll be heading up one of their biggest Financial Services client accounts. You will be the strategic and delivery lead contributing to the ongoing vision of the agency.

What you’ll be doing
Joining this well-established team, you’ll hit the ground running nurturing one of the agencies largest clients and overseeing large scale eCRM / email marketing and creative design campaigns from ideas and briefing to delivery. Working with a big name financial services brand, alongside internal creative and technical teams, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.


What experience you’ll need as a Client Partner/Client Director

  • You’ll be an experienced Client Partner/Group Account Director/Client Director having grown through the ranks within marketing / direct marketing / CRM agencies.
  • Financial services experience or experience of working in a regulated industry.
  • You will be an accomplished leader and help mentor your team to deliver the best work possible.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing and how email contributes to the wider CRM mix would be great to see. 
  • Client liaison will be second nature to you; you’ll be confident digesting briefs, presenting work across creative and data.
  • Strategic background in driving business change
  • Contribute towards developing this key client by highlighting and putting into place plans to activate opportunities with both existing and new clients.
  • It goes without saying that you'll have excellent organisational skills when it comes to maintaining and managing the day to day running of the account (cost estimates, project plans etc.).
