Are you a Data Analyst looking to make the next step of career into Financial Services? If so Im working with a global firm in Cirencester working on a data change programme at one of the biggest names in the South West.
 
What youll be doing 
 
You will working with the Data Quality team on a data project providing analysis from clients reports to identify their usefulness, their importance and the sources of data related to them, Youll be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to collect data and understand their requirements. Using this data you will be working with the development team to ensure the required reports are created as well as producing documents and visualizations to present back to stakeholders across the business. This is a broad role with the chance to get stuck in with a range to tools and technologies.
 
What experience youll need to apply
 
Experience in Data Analysis via a STEM university as well as commercial exposure.
Youll be speaking and dealing with people both in and outside of the business so communication skills are really key here.
Extensive experience working with SAP Business Objects as well as Excel
An understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL processes would be a bonus!

Its a highly strategic position in the team as your insights are ultimately leading to the growth of each eCommerce channel.  The main analytical tools will include Google Analytics, A/B testing and Excel. Another key area of focus is the analytics related to PPC; how efficient is the channel and how changes can help the team drive ROI.  What experience youll need eCommerce or digital marketing analytics exposure, either in a specialist role or a broader focus within digital marketing.  Strong Excel skills to manipulate data in various formats.  SQL a massive plus but not a must.  Familiar with Google Analytics and ideally AB testing.  Ability to condense complex data into understandable points for the wider team.  Exposure to PPC preferred but not essential.  What youll get in return for your talents There is a competitive salary up to £32k on offer, depending on experience.
